Second, you’ll get 30 minutes with Jo to apply those templates to your hotel and ask any other burning questions.
That call is not a presentation and it’s not a walkthrough. It’s where we cut through the noise. We look at what applies to you, what doesn’t, what you should tackle now, and what can wait. We help you to understand how much detail is enough, where to simplify, and how to avoid over-engineering procedures that need to work on a busy day.

The Reset Toolkit is the step where you make sense of it in your own context.
Some hotels then decide to move into full implementation support with our “Get Certified Programme”, because they want help embedding systems and training teams properly.
Others don’t, and that’s fine.
If you do move forward with “Get Certified”, the cost of the Reset Toolkit is credited.
If you don’t, you still leave with a clearer structure and a realistic plan.
Why we price it the way we do
The Reset Toolkit costs €490 + IGIC.
That price is deliberate.
It’s low enough to be a safe decision, but high enough that we know you will take the time we both invest into this seriously. It reflects the fact that this step is about judgement and direction, not just documents.
It’s designed to remove friction at exactly the point where most hotels get stuck.
